British Airport Transfer Services We offer a door to door service to any UK airport or seaport throughout the UK. Covering all types of work from Stag nights and Hen parties .

We are pleased to offer a corporate service which covers all aspects of meeting and greeting , airport transfers and much more.

Our drivers as you would expect are well groomed and very professional with a pleasant disposition so you can be sure of a perfect event every time.

Our fleet of vehicles include the 8 Seater VW Transporter which boasts in-car entertainment including DVD, Music plus State of the Art GPM navigation.

For family bookings, we also offer also baby and toddler seats for the little ones. Please state requirements at the time of booking.

British Airport Transfer Network 24hrs before we collect you, we will call and confirm the times with you and the numbers of people on the journey. We will also check your flight times and traffic conditions to ensure you are at the airport on time.

When making your booking, please state the newspaper you require, Music DVD or Film and we will endeavour to obtain this again to make your journey as pleasant as possible.

Additional Services

Baby seat

There is an additional charge £6 extra for a baby seat. You may advise us on the age of the baby when making a booking in the comment box so we can provide the right size. We offer seats for children up to 3 years old.

Additional stop on the way

There is a charge for additional stops on the way. Generally £5 per stop (not diversion). When making a booking you may let us know in the comment box or ask us before you book by contacting us and letting us know where you need to stop (postal code if possible)

Diversion

Any diversion on the journey must be specified in the comment box while making booking and we will reconfirm the price for the journey including your diversion as soon as possible. Or send us e-mail for a quote before booking the car online.

Checking your flight

When you book we will take your flight number and scheduled arrival time so that we are able to monitor your flight for any delays.

Waiting time

We usually send the driver into the terminal 15 minutes after actual landing time for European flights and 30 minutes after for intercontinental flights, unless you specify otherwise. This is to allow you time to clear customs/passport control and for collecting luggage. The driver then stands inside at the Airport Information desk in the arrivals terminal with a name board. Thereafter we allow you an additional 40 more minutes waiting time for free.

Car Park fee

When travelling from the airport we include the car parking fee in the price. The passenger does not have to pay for parking from the airport
